Does every project need all five services?
No. The scope depends on your starting point and what the order requires. Existing specifications may reduce the need for development, while a new structure may need additional preparation and review. Manufacturing and delivery arrangements are confirmed as part of the project scope.
Can I use artwork prepared by my own designer?
Yes. Your designer can remain involved, and supplied files can be reviewed against the packaging structure and manufacturing requirements. The work may focus on specific adaptations rather than creating a new visual design.
Can one project include several packaging components or versions?
Yes. Related boxes, bags, inserts and other packaging components can be coordinated within one project. For multiple designs or product versions, identify the quantity and artwork associated with each version so the requirements remain clear.
How are the scope, quotation and timing confirmed?
We review the packaging specification, estimated quantity, available files, required development or sampling, and delivery needs. This provides the basis for clarifying the work and preparing a quotation. Share your required arrival date so production and delivery timing can be considered together.
How do you handle repeat orders?
A repeat order begins with a review of the current requirements against the previous project record. Confirm any changes to quantity, artwork, materials, finishing or delivery details. Existing references can support the order, but changes may require additional review before production.
